WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – The University of Hartford Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be holding its semi-annual Coat Drive on Sunday, December 16 when the women's basketball team hosts Quinnipiac.

The SAAC holds an annual drive around the holiday's, this year returning to a coat drive that will benefit Button-Up Connecticut (http://www.buttonupconnecticut.com/). The Hawks last held a coat drive in 2010 collecting 86 coats with the expectation of breaking that record this season.

Coats will be collected starting at 1:00 p.m. and continue through the end of halftime of the Hawks game against Quinnipiac, which is scheduled to tip at 2:00 p.m. at the Chase Family Arena at the Reich Family Pavilion.
