Volunteer Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Tennis

The University of Hartford, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the America East Conference, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Volunteer Assistant Coach of Men's & Women's Tennis.

This is a volunteer, 10-month position in which the assistant will serve with the men's and women's tennis programs and receive a compensation level of One Thousand Dollars. This individual is responsible for assisting with the following aspects of the tennis program; supervision of the student-athletes, transporting student-athletes to and from events, and coaching student-athletes. Time commitment will include flexible hours on weekends for both fall and spring semesters.

Candidates must be able to handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of the University of Hartford, the America East Conference and the Missouri Valley Conference, as well as the NCAA.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong communication skills, collegiate playing and coaching experience is preferred. Hiring is contingent upon a positive background check.
