The Hartford women's soccer team was shutout for a second consecutive game, as it fell 3-0 to the Columbia Lions at Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The loss wrapped up the Hartford Hawks Soccer Weekend, and dropped the team's overall record to 1-4-1.

The Hartford women’s soccer team has earned its first conference honor of the season, as junior forward Breeanna Robinson earned the America East Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Robinson, the team’s leading scorer in 2009, netted three goals during the Hawks’ trip to Philadelphia for the Temple Owls Tournament over the weekend.
