WEST HARTFORD, Conn. –Hartford women's basketball fell to Princeton 75-38 Friday night at Reich Family Pavilion.

Ella Awobajo had a team-high 10 points, as the Hawks fall to 5-7 on the season. Bella Alarie finished with a double-double, with 24 points and 11 rebounds, as the Tigers improve to 7-7 overall.
PRINCETON 75 HARTFORD 38
The Tigers charged out to the early lead, outscoring the Hawks 20-9 in the first quarter. Princeton continued its hot shooting into the second quarter knocking down 8-12 from the field and 3-6 from three for the 39-16 halftime lead.
The Tigers ended any chance of a Hartford comeback in the third quarter, outscoring the Hawks by 12 (18-6), and closed out their sixth straight win, topping the Hawks 75-38.
NEWS AND NOTES
- Awobajo scored in double figures for the seventh time this season, and led Hartford in scoring for the fourth time this season.
- Freshman Jabria Ingram finished with a career-high three assists to go along with nine points and three rebounds.
- Senior Lawrencia Moten scored a career-high six points and registered two rebounds.
- Alarie recorded five blocks to go along with her double-double to lead Princeton.
