ALBANY, N.Y. –Hartford softball dropped the final game of the weekend series to UAlbany, 5-2, in America East action Sunday afternoon.

Paige Fedak each registered a RBI, as the Hawks fall to 12-18 overall and 1-5 in the America East. Senior Chelsea Henige finished with a game-high two hits, as the Great Danes improve to 14-9 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
UALBANY 5 HARTFORD 2
After UAlbany took a one run lead in the first, Hartford answered with two runs in the third. With runners on the corners, Rocheleau grounded out to the third baseman, but managed to score sophomore
Lily Sencer from third. Fedak then singled to left center field, scoring sophomore
Nicolette Barranger and giving the Hawks a 2-1 lead.
The Great Danes tied the game in the fifth inning, and then took the lead in the sixth with three more runs. Hartford managed to get a runner on in the seventh, but could do further damage, as UAlbany wrapped up the series with the 5-2 win.
