BOSTON – Hartford indoor track and field standout
Elizabeth Lodge was named to the America East All-Academic Team, the organization announced on Wednesday.
A native of Manchester, Conn., Lodge currently boasts a 3.78 GPA as a marketing major. The junior is a two-time member of the Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5+ GPA) and was named to the Dean's list five times and the President's list (GPA of 3.75+) once.
This season, Lodge put up tremendous performances, concluding with a record-breaking performance at the America East Indoor Championships. She took home the gold medal in both the pentathlon and high jump, shattering the school record in both events. Lodge has been stellar for the Hawks in recent years as she currently holds the school record in the 100m hurdles, the pentathlon, heptathlon, and indoor high jump.
