AMHERST, Mass. – The Hartford men's and women's outdoor track and field teams continues its 2021 campaign at the UMass Tri-Meet on Sunday.

- The Hawks are coming off a dominat performance at the Vermont Quad Meet, as the women's team won the event by defeating Vermont and CCSU
- Senior Elizabeth Lodge, who was named the America East Field Performer of the Week on Wednesday, shattered the previous school record in the high jump, clearing a height of 1.75m
- Lodge also competed in the UMass Multi Meet this past week, finishing the heptathlon in fifth place with 4,303 points
- Graduate student Samantha Moravsky continued her impressive start to 2021, winning the javelin for the second consecutive meet with a throw of 44.95m
- Freshman Robyn Kraft, who has been solid in her rookie campaign, is coming off a second-place effort in the shot put (10.85m)
- Sophomore Caroline Hadley wrapped up the Hawks' dominance in the field events, taking home the gold in the discuss with a throw of 41.07m, while finishing third in the shot put (10.16m)
- The men's team finished with four gold-medal honors at the Vermotn Quad Meet
- Senior Terrel Davis continued his strong start to 2021, winning the long jump with a leap of 7.25m
- Sophomore Anthony Clavette kept his hot streak going, winning the high jump with a height of 1.90m while also finishing second in the 110m hurdles
- Juniors Dylan Murad and Dalton Burnham continued the Hawks' success in the field events, as they each placed second in the long jump and pole vault respectively
- On the track, junior Kaylan Depas took home the gold in the 200m, finishing with a time of 22.20
