The Hartford men's and women's track and field teams saw countless all-time top-ten marks and times, setting nine new school-records, and having seven student-athletes earn All-New England accolades during the 2022-23 season.

Senior
Anthony Clavette, the department's Male Athlete of the Year, had a stellar outdoor campaign. Clavette finished atop the podium in the high jump for seven straight meets, posting a season-best height of 2.03m at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational. Senior
Kyle Moser led the Hawks throwers on the men's side. In his first appearance in a Hartford uniform, he shattered the school indoor mark in the shot put with a toss of 15.78m. He also established a new outdoor shot put mark of 15.25m.
Junior
Robyn Krafft rewrote the record books in discus throw, shattering her own school-record mark of 42.73m with a distance of 43.27m at the UMass Lowell Invitational. Sophomore
Conor Convery shattered his school-record mark in the hammer throw three-times over a four-week span during the outdoor season before setting a new distance of 50.97m. During the indoor campaign, the Port Jervis, N.Y., native recorded 15.42m in the weight throw at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational.
Both indoor and outdoor pole vault records went down as sophomore
Joseph Lothamer set a new indoor mark (4.60m) and tied the outdoor mark (4.25m). Sophomore
Kaden Leonard added his name to the record book in the 300m dash with a time of 35.50 seconds.
Sophomore
Marlina Voker followed her strong first-year campaign with another outstanding indoor and outdoor seasons. Voker earned All-New England accolades in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships. She also tied indoor 300m dash mark of 41.54 seconds.

Jenascia Weir combined to earn All-New England honors at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships. The quartet combined for a time of 47.80 seconds, marking the second fastest relay time in Hartford track and field history.
