WENHAM, MA/ PORTSMOUTH, RI – The Hartford men's and women's track and field teams had a phenomenal showing at the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships this weekend. The Hawks combined for a school record and countless personal bests.

HARTFORD MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior William Frank shattered the school record in the discus throw after recording a personal best distance of 47.06m.
- Senior Savion Cooper finished with the third-best distance of the discus throw, after throwing a personal best mark of 44.55m.
- Senior duo Curtis Rocheleau and Kyle Moser finished with the first and second farthest marks in the shot put
- Rocheleau registered a mark of 14.91m while Moser registered a mark of 14.85m.
- Moser also competed in the Hammer Throw where he finished with the best mark of the competition after recording a personal best of 48.48m.
- Junior Joseph Stephenson finished with the second-furthest mark in the Hammer Throw after registering a mark of 44.46m.
- Freshman Christopher Hergott finished with the top mark in the long jump for the fifth consecutive meet in a row after registering a leap of 7.02m.
- Hergott also competed in the 100m dash where he had the third best time of the competition, clocking a time of 11.38.
- Freshman Bryce Foster finished with the best time in the 110m hurdles, clocking a time of 16.05, this time sets him first all-time in school history.
- Junior Jovan Joseph finished with the second-best time in the 400m dash, clocking a time of 50.98.
- Junior Kaden Leonard had an excellent outing taking home the fastest times in both the 100 and 200m dash.
- Leonard clocked a time of 11.18 in the 100m dash, followed by a time of 22.67 in the 200m dash.
- Junior Brandon Edmund finished with the second-best time in the 100m dash, blazing down the track in a time of 11.29.
- Freshman Keller Casey finished with the third-best time in the 5000m run after clocking a personal best time of 15:33.22.
- Senior Alex Fotakis finished with the third-best clearance in the high jump after recording a mark of 1.82m on his second attempt.
- Freshman Thomas Yonkers tied for the third-best clearance in the pole vault after registering a mark of 3.65m
- The 4x100m relay of Bryce Foster, Brandom Edmund, Kaden Leonard, and Christopher Hergott combined for a time of 42.64.
- The 4x400m relay of Brandon Edmund, Kaden Leonard, Stephen Haney, and Jovan Joseph combined for a time of 3:26.90.
HARTFORD WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Graduate Hailey Marcello and senior Abby O'Connor set the tone for the weekend, finishing with the first and third-best times in the 3000m Steeplechase.
- Marcello clocked a time of 11:28.90 while O'Connor clocked a personal best time of 11:46.20.
- Marcello also competed in the 1500m run where she finished with the third best time after rounding the track in 4:48.09.
- Junior Cali Leonard finished with the fastest time in the 100m hurdles after clocking a time of 15.19.
- Freshman Caroline Crocker finished with the second-fastest time in the 100m hurdles after clocking a time of 15.44.
- Freshman Leslie Samuel finished with the best distance in the long jump after recording a personal best leap of 5.44m.
- Graduate Caroline Hadley finished with the second-best distance in the hammer throw after recording a mark of 40.67m.
- Junior Marlina Voker had an excellent outing, taking home the fastest times in the 100m and 200m dash
- Voker clocked a time of 12.41 in the 100m dash and 25.29 in the 200m dash.
- Senior Robyn Krafft finished with the furthest distance in the discus throw after registering a mark of 43.02m.
- Krafft also competed in the shot put where she recorded a mark of 11.20m.
- Sophomore Duo Destinee Majett and Yovanna Cruz concluded the Hawks in the shot put with marks of 10.29m and 10.81m respectively.
- Sophomore Madison DiPasquale concluded the Hawks in the discus throw, recording a mark of 39.03m for the second furthest distance in the competition,
- DiPasquale also competed in the hammer throw and shot put where she registered a mark of 39.14m and 11.46m.
- Junior Kayla Pelletier finished with the furthest distance in the javelin throw after recording a mark of 43.22m.
- Pelletier also competed in the pole vault where she finished with a personal best clearance of 2.95m.
- Senior Sydney Garrison took home the best mark in the high jump after registering a clearance of 1.62m.
- Freshman duo Jordan Murphy and Avery Baker-Schlendering concluded the Hawks in the high jump after recording clearance marks of 1.57m and 1.52m respectively.
- The 4x100m relay of Jenascia Weir, Leslie Samuel, Emily Parchinski, and Marlina Voker combined for a time of 47.66.
- The 4x400m relay of Molly McGrail, Hailey Marcello, Emily Parchinski, and Marlina Voker combined for a time of 4:03.48.
