NEW ORLEANS. – 14 members of the Hartford men's and women's track and field team were recognized for their outstanding work on the track during the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season, earning All-Mideast Region distinction, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced today (May 17, 2024).
Senior Sydney Garrison, senior Kyle Moser, senior Molly McGrail, senior William Frank, senior Curtis Rocheleau, senior Emily Parchinski, senior Robyn Krafft, junior Marlina Voker, junior Cali Leonard, junior Kayla Pelletier, junior Jenascia Weir, freshman Christopher Hergott, freshman Jordan Murphy, and freshman Leslie Samuel received the All-Region distinction in their respective events.
"We are incredibly proud of the student athletes who earned this honor " said University of Hartford Head Track and Field coach Connor Green."We are a part of an excellent region and for them to be recognized for their efforts is awesome".

Moser earned all-region honors in the shot put, wrapping up his outdoor campaign with a season-best mark of 15.15m.

McGrail earned all-region honors in the 400m hurdles, concluding her outdoor campaign with a personal best time of 1:03.23.

Voker earned all-region honors in both the 100m and 200m dash to conclude her historic outdoor campaign, Voker clocked season best times of 12.41 in the 100m and 24.7 in the 200m.

Pelletier earned all-region honors in the javelin, concluding her historic outdoor campaign as the number one ranked DIII Javelin thrower in the nation with a personal best mark of 45.70m.

Krafft earned all-region honors in the discus, concluding her outdoor campaign with a personal best and school record mark of 43.48m.

Leonard earned all-region honors in the 100m hurdles, concluding her outdoor campaign with a season best time of 14.60.

Murphy, earned all-region honors in the heptathlon and high jump, concluding her outdoor campaign with a third all time mark in points registered ( 4233) along with a personal best clearance of 1.67m in the high jump.
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-3 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.
