51 Hawks Named to Conference of New England Fall 2024 Academic All-Conference Team

BEVERLY, Mass. – On Tuesday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its Fall Academic All-Conference Team featuring 808 student-athletes across the 11 institutions. To be named to the CNE Academic All-Conference Team the student-athlete must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale, be at least sophomore status athletically and academically with one academic year in residence at their current institution and be an active member of a roster for a conference-sponsored sport.

The Hawks had 51 student-athletes earn the honor of Academic All-Conference across the six eligible teams. The women's soccer team had the most selections with 15 members followed by the men's soccer team with 12 selections followed by women's volleyball and men's cross country who each had eight choices.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE OF NEW ENGLAND
Originally founded in 1984 as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), and reconstituted as the Conference of New England (CNE) in 2024, the CNE is an NCAA Division III athletic conference composed of 10 full member and five associate member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition and a meaningful student life. The Conference administers championships in 20 intercollegiate sports.
