WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - On Tuesday, Dave Boland and Guy Bourassa from Timing is Everything joined the Hartford athletics department in presenting Senior Associate Athletics Director, Athletics Facilities, Events & Operations Brian Mik with the 2026 Timing is Everything Site Director of the Year Award. 

Mik who was named Senior Associate Athletics Director for the Hawks in February 2020, has been at Hartford for over 20 years starting as a women's basketball assistant coach for 15 of those years. Mik is the first Site Director of the Year from Timing is Everything as this is a new award starting this year. Hartford has worked with Timing is Everything for 19 years and currently works with eight teams from UHart.

Timing is Everything serves approximately 100 clients over seven states and will be completing year 30 as an organization with 270 members and a satellite office in Worcester, Mass. 

"Brian Mik is the best at having the site and the equipment required fully operational", said Dave Boland. "He always provides any additional support and backup needed to make sure every game is a smooth operation."
