Played in all 12 tournament as a freshman, posting one top 10 finish (New England Championships) and six top 25 finishes … opened his collegiate career with his lowest 54 hole score of the year 224 (77-73-74) to finish tied for 17th place overall … followed that performance with three-straight tournaments in the top-20, starting with the Hartford Hawks Invitational where he finished tied for 13th overall with a two-round 149 … posted his lowest two 36 hole score of the season in the next event, The MacDonald Cup after firing back-to-back rounds of 73 to finished with a 148, tied for 18th overall … best finish of the year was a ninth place finish at the New England Championships, played at the Newport National Golf Course (Newport, R.I.) … posted his lowest single round of the season, second lowest on the team, with a 69 in the second and final round at the New England Championship … closed our his rookie year with the third lowest stroke average on the team, 77.94 in 31 total rounds.
