SOPHOMORE (2012):
Made four appearance as a sophomore… made his season debut at the Ted Owen Invitational with an 8k time of 29:56.08… posted a season-best 8k time at the Fr. O’Neill Invite, completing the course in 29:09… set a personal record in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 17:33.34… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
FRESHMAN (2011):
Raced in five meets in his first collegiate campaign… posted a time of 18:29 in the 5k Trinity Invitational to open the season… finished the 8k Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 30:51 to finish 85th overall… covered the 8k course at the New England Championships with a  time of 30:05… broke the 30-minute mark in an 8k, posting a personal record time of 29:08.9 in the JV race at the Pre-Conference Meet… posted a time of 29:12.77 at the America East Conference Championship.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran three years of cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field at Fairport High School … co-captained all three squads as a senior … an All-Monroe County Second Team honoree in 2009 and 2010 … named All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention in 2010 … recipient of the cross country team’s Red Raider Award for being the squad’s most valuable runner … tabbed most improved in track and field… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
