INDOOR: The top distance runner for the Hartford women… earned All-New England honors for her eighth-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the New England Championship… selected to the America East All-Academic Team for indoor track & field… posted a career-best and school-record time of 9:58.40 at New Englands to become the first Hartford woman to break the 10-minute mark in the 3,000 meters… finished in the top-10 in five of her six races during the indoor season… took fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Harvard Open with a time of 10:20.05… earned an eighth-place result in the mile at the URI Sorlien Memorial Invitational with a time of 5:16.78… set what was then a career-best time of 17:39.29 in the 5,000 meters at the Terrier Invitational… turned in a career-best 5,000-meter time of 17:36.94 to take eighth place at the America East Championship… also took ninth place in the 3,000 meters at the America East Championship. OUTDOOR: Earned an America East All-Conference honor with a second-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the 2013 America East Outdoor Track & Field Championship... earned an All-New England nod in the 5,000 meters with a seventh-place time of 17:37.46… selected to the America East All-Academic Team for outdoor track & field… posted a school record in the 10,000 meters at the conference meet, crossing the line in 36:40.59, breaking the previous record by more than one minute… finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 17:45.69… earned a total of 13 points as an individual at the conference championship… set the school record in the 5,000 meters at the UMass Invitational, turning in a time of 17:16.94… finished 19th in the college women’s 3,000-meter championship at the Penn Relays… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
SOPHOMORE (2011-12):
INDOOR: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the mile at the Vermont Dual Meet… took eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Harvard Open with a time of 10:45.50… posted a career-best time of 10:29.75 in the 3,000 meters at the Joe Donahue Indoor meet… won the 5,000 meters at the Springfield College Invitational with a personal record time of 18:07.03… notched a career-best mile time of 5:14.08 at the Valentine Invitational… finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the America East Indoor Championship… anchored the Hawks’ distance medley to a school-record time of 12:19.89 at the New England Championships. OUTDOOR: Finished 11th in the 5,000 meters at the UConn Spring Invite with a time of 18:21.78… posted a 10.000-meter time of 38:32.90 to earn second place at AIC… took third in the 5,000 meters at Holy Cross with a time of 18:13.18… finished with a personal record in the 10,000 meters at the America East Championship, finishing fifth with a time of 37:53.11… ran a leg for the 4x800 relay that set a school record with a finish of 9:32.68 at the conference meet. took ninth place in the 5,000 meters at the New England Championships, crossing the line with a personal-best mark of 18:08.04… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
FRESHMAN (2010-11):
INDOOR: Ran the 3,000-meter and the mile distances during her rookie indoor season … saw a season-best 3,000-meter time of 11:03.04 at the America East Championships for 17th place … completed the mile in 5:30.21 at the Valentine’s Invitational … named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. OUTDOOR: Ran the 1500, 5,000 and 10,000-meter distances during the outdoor season … turned in a season-best time of 5:06.89 in the 1500-meter event at the UConn Invitational … top-finisher in the 5,000-meter race at the Gerry Gravel Classic (18:45.49) … season-best time in the 5,000-meter run was 18:38.91 at the Solomon Invitational … broke Hartford’s 10,000-meter run school record at the Colonial Relays with a time of 38:39.86 … placed fifth in the 10,000-meter event at the America East Championships (38:40.66) … part of the 4x800-meter relay team that took seventh place at the America East Championships (9:47.42) … named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran four seasons of cross country and all four years of indoor and outdoor track and field at Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School … deemed an Atlantic Coast League All-Star for all 12 seasons … a member of the Massachusetts All-State Championship Team in 2006 … high school team posted two-straight undefeated seasons in the Atlantic Coast League … named the team’s most valuable player for three consecutive years … received the Boston Globe All-Scholastic Award as a sophomore … recipient of the Boston Herald All-Scholastic award as a senior.
