INDOOR: Ran the short sprints and competed in the long jump during her rookie indoor season … ran the 55-meter hurdles at the Vermont Duals, placing third with a time of 9.93 … ran the 200 at five meets and saw a season-best time of 27.16 at the Valentine’s Invitational … placed 27th in the 200 at the America East Championships (27.77) … attempted the long jump at five meets, seeing a season-best distance of 5.07-meters at the Reebok-Boston Invitational … placed 23rd in the long jump at the America East Championships with a mark of 4.77-meters … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

OUTDOOR: Ran the 400-meter hurdles and competed in the long jump during the outdoor season … placed 14th at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 1:08.79 in the 400-meter hurdles … reached 5.19-meters in the long jump, a season-best distance, at the UConn Inviational … placed 20th overall in the long jump at the America East Championships (5.05-meters) … part of the 4x400-meter relay team that took first place at the Solomon Invitational (4:08.67) … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

A four year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Jackson Memorial High School … earned three indoor track and field varsity awards and four outdoor awards … received the sportsmanship award on two occasions … an All-Shore Second Team long jump honoree as a sophomore and received first team accolades for the 4x400-meter relay team as a junior … high school team named A-South champions, Shore Conference champions and Central Jersey Group IV champions … team was the runner-up at the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association competition in 2008 … also ran one year of cross country and was a one year member of the gymnastics team.
