FRESHMAN (2011):

Raced in five meets in his first collegiate campaign… finished 35th in his first collegiate race, completing the 5k course at the Trinity Invitational in 18:17… improved his 8,000-meter time in each of his four races at the distance… Finished 80th overall at the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 30:27 for 8,000-meters… broke the 30-minute mark in the 8k New England Championship with a time of 29:23 to finish 193rd… finished 121st at the Pre-Conference meet, posting a time of 28:31.8… notched a personal-record time of 28:27.57 at the America East Championship, finishing 81st overall…

 

BEFORE HARTFORD:

A four-year member of the cross country team at Auburn High School … also ran four years of outdoor track and field and two years of indoor track and field … a four-time Southern Worcester County League All-Star and two-time Telegram and Gazette Super Team All-Star … earned the 2011 Central Massachusetts title in the two mile race … also played two years of high school basketball.
