JUNIOR (2012):
Raced in six meets during her junior season… posted a 17th-place mark of 18:29 over the 4k course at the Trinity Invitational to help the Hawks to a season-opening victory…finished 35th at the Ted Owen Invitational with a 5k time of 19:39.05… turned in a career-best 3k time of 11:07.37 with a 38th-place finish at the CCSU Mini Meet… notched a personal-best time of 19:00.31 on the 5k course at the America East Championship to finish 49th overall… posted a time of 23:11.3 over 6,000 meters at the NCAA Norteast Regional, a personal-best mark at the distance… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
SOPHOMORE (2011):
Raced in each of the Hawks’ first five meets of the season… Finished in the Hawks’ top-five in each of her five meets… opened the 2011 campaign with a 13th-place time of 18:09 to help the Hawks to a team win… posted a time of 20:42 in the 5k Ted Owen Invitational to finish 50th… finished 172nd at the New England Championships, crossing the finish line of the 5k course in 20:31… broke the 20-minute mark for the first time in a 5k race as a collegian, covering the distance in 19:30.3 to finish 57th at the Pre-Conference Meet… notched a career-best 5k time of 19:14.78 at the America East Championship, finishing second among Hawk runners and 51st overall in the field… named to the America East Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
 
FRESHMAN (2010):
Ran in all seven cross country races … a consistent top-five finisher for the Hawks during her rookie season … placed 21st and was the third Hawk across the line at the Trinity Invitational, clocking in with a 4,000-meter time of 17:37.0 … ran a season-best 5,000-meter time of 20:11.3 and ranked seventh at the Hartford Hawks Riverfront …finished 202nd at the New England Championships, the third Hawk to cross the line (20:28.0) … was the second Hartford runner and 38th overall to place at the Connecticut College Invitational with a season-best 6,000-meter time of 24:05.0 … finished 76th at the America East Championship, the fourth Hawk across the line (20:36.91) … placed 212th overall and was the second Hawk to complete the 6,000-meter course at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (24:24.7).

BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran four years of cross country and was a four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at East Meadow High School … cross country team was crowned the county champion in 2007 … outdoor track and field team captured the 2008 track and field county championship … received all-county honors during both indoor and outdoor track and field … garnered all-state and all-federation honors in the 4x800-meter and 4x400-meter relays … took home an individual conference championship and an individual division championship … a scholar-athlete … received the Athlete Achievement Award.
