AT HARTFORD
2024-25: Sabia played in all 26 games for the Hawks in her sophomore season with 13 starts. Lauren ended the year averaging 10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 21.7 minutes per game. Sabia led the team in scoring on the season producing 263 points on the season. Lauren registered a new career-high in scoring on December 7th against the University of New England pouring in 26 points, including six triples in a Hawks win. She added a 24 point performance on January 4th against Gordon College. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Simsbury High School, where Sabia was a two-time CCC All-Conference selection, class L All-State selection and a two-time NEPSAC All-Star.

AT ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY: Sabia played a single season for RIT averaging 3.9 points and 1.7 rebounds per game for the Tigers. She totaled 78 points on the season in 20 games with a single start. Sabia scored a career-high 12 points on January 3rd against Rochester in 21 minutes.
