Ticket Policies
-The University of Hartford follows all NCAA and America East regulations regarding the distribution of tickets
-The box office will open at least 90 minutes prior to the start of each contest on game days
-Will Call is open one hour prior to the start of each contest
-All individuals who are on a pass list must provide proper identification
-No refunds or exchanges
-The handling/service charge is non-refundable
-No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Reich Family Pavilion or in the Outdoor Athletics Complex
-No pets are allowed in the Reich Family Pavilion or in the Outdoor Athletics Complex
