As a Senior in 2006-07: Played in one tournament, finishing 58th overall at the Hawks Invitational ... carded his best score (83) in the first round.

As a Junior in 2005-06: Did not play in any tournaments.

As a Sophomore in 2004-05: Played in nine tournaments ... carded his low round (78) on the final day of the Yale Invitational ... finished 10th at the America East Championship. 

As a Freshman in 2003-04: Played in four tournaments ... shot back-to-back rounds of 80 at the CCSU Invitational to finish 45th ... finished 10th at the America East Championship.

Personal: Born July 26, 1984 ... enrolled in the Barney School of Business ... majoring in marketing.

Coach Poutre on Jan: Jan is the most respected student-athlete on the team.  He has a perfect 4.0 grade point average and always does “the right thing.” Jan has a long fluid swing capable of generating immense power. He has to avoid the big number to be successful.
