2025-26: Marchesani had a breakout junior season for the Hawks in 2025-26 earning CNE All-Conference Second Team honors. Ella ended the year averaging a career-high 12.2 points. She also averaged 3.2 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game this season while playing on average 28.1 minutes per night. Marchesani was a stellar shooter from three ending the year shooting 39.0% from behind the arc in 2025-26. Ella registered a career-high 25 points on December 6th against Gordon College while going 6-11 from deep and adding three steals. She added a 19-point performance in the Conference of New England Tournament to go with seven rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals in a 60-45 win over the University of New England. Marchesani currently sits 6th in program history in made three-pointers (137) and 4th in career three-point percentage (.366). 

2024-25: Marchesani appeared in all 26 games, starting 14, and averaged 8.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.1 blocks per game. Ella led the Hawks in three-point shooting with 36 made threes at a 35.0% clip and ranked fourth in total scoring with 223 points. Marchesani matched a career-high 21 points on January 20th against Gordon College, shooting 8-for-18 from the field and 4-for-9 from beyond the arc, while adding a career-best six rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Ella also contributed 14 points on January 2nd at the University of New England, hitting three of four from downtown in the opening quarter. Marchesani sits tied for 8th in program history in career three-point percentage at 33.9%. 

2023-24: Marchesani played in 23 games for the Hawks in her freshman season with 14 starts. Ella ended the season averaging 10.7 points and 2.3 rebounds per game for the Hawks. She netted a career-high 21 points on on January 20th against Gordon College in a 70-54 win. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Saddle Brook High School. Marchesani was a standout guard, earning All-League honors and leading her team in scoring during her senior season.
