Logan Battle

Logan Battle begins her second season as a member of the University of Hartford women’s basketball team’s coaching staff in 2017-18. A standout player at Georgetown from 2012-16, Battle joined the Hawks’ staff as a graduate manager in October 2016.
 
At Georgetown, Battle logged time in 95 career games, making 40 starts. In 20.3 minutes per game, she averaged 6.5 points and 3.6 rebounds, adding 58 assists, 55 blocks and 55 steals.

As a senior, Battle led the Hoyas to a 16-14 overall record in 2015-16, including a 9-9 mark in the BIG EAST. In 19.9 minutes per game and six starts, she averaged 6.9 points to rank fourth on the team that season. A swing player, Battle shot 41.8 percent from the field (84-for-201) with 12 three-pointers while adding 4.1 rebounds, 13 steals and 23 blocks, third-most on the team.

Prior to her career at Georgetown, Battle, a native of Springfield, Va., was a two-time Washington Post All-Met honoree, a McDonald’s All-America nominee, a finalist for the Gatorade State Player of the Year award and the Patriot District Player of the Year in 2012 at West Springfield High School.
