AT HARTFORD
2025-26: Sabia was named to the CNE 3rd Team All-Conference after having a breakout junior season. Lauren ended the year averaging 11.1 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.3 steals mainly in a reserve role. Lauren led the team in rebounds per game this season and was a huge impact for the Hawks off the bench averaging 26.4 minutes per game. Sabia netted a career-high 29 points on December 29th at Babson College going 11-17 from the floor and 7-7 from deep to go with three rebounds. Lauren added a 16 point, 10 rebound, three steal game on February 7th against the University of New England. Sabia was named to the NEWBA First Team Team of the Week and the D3Hoops.com Team of the Week on January 7th. 

2024-25: Sabia played in all 26 games for the Hawks in her sophomore season with 13 starts. Lauren ended the year averaging 10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 21.7 minutes per game. Sabia led the team in scoring on the season producing 263 points on the season. Lauren registered a new career-high in scoring on December 7th against the University of New England pouring in 26 points, including six triples in a Hawks win. She added a 24 point performance on January 4th against Gordon College. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Simsbury High School, where Sabia was a two-time CCC All-Conference selection, class L All-State selection and a two-time NEPSAC All-Star.

AT ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY: Sabia played a single season for RIT averaging 3.9 points and 1.7 rebounds per game for the Tigers. She totaled 78 points on the season in 20 games with a single start. Sabia scored a career-high 12 points on January 3rd against Rochester in 21 minutes.
