Caroline Austin joined the University of Hartford in August 2026 as a Graduate Assistant for Athletic Communications.
Prior to arriving at Hartford, Austin worked in athletic communications at Bay Path University, where she managed the athletics website, created digital content, and supported social media and game-day operations. During the summer of 2026, she also served as a Marketing Intern with the New York Collegiate Baseball League, creating promotional graphics and digital content while assisting with the league's social media efforts.
Originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, Austin graduated from Bay Path University in the spring of 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Media and a minor in Mathematics, where she was also a student-athlete on the softball team. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Integrated Communication at the University of Hartford.
