Erik Ribeiro joins the Hartford men's soccer coaching staff in 2026 as an assistant coach and director of player performance. 

Ribeiro joins the Hawks as a former student-athlete for the men's soccer program where he played 25 games across three seasons with six starts. Erik would play 848 minutes for Hartford with a single goal. Ribeiro would play semi-professionally from 2019-2022. 

Ribeiro has worked with four youth clubs / academies since 2022 including Flamengo FC Futsal Academy, West Hartford Premier, FSA FC and Oakwood Academy.
