University of Hartford

Madyson Fitzner joins the University of Hartford in August of 2024 as the Graduate Assistant for Athletic Communications.

Fitzner is currently a second-year graduate student in the Physical Therapy program at the University of Hartford. She completed her bachelor's degree in Exercise, Nutrition, and Health Sciences at the University of Connecticut.

Having played soccer for most of her life, she continued her passion by playing at Endicott College during her freshman year. An injury led her to transfer to UConn, but she continued to engage in sports recreationally, participating in soccer and tennis.

Recently, she completed her first clinical rotation in Berlin, CT, where she worked with athletes of all ages. Madyson is excited to contribute to the University of Hartford's athletic communications as a Graduate Assistant and looks forward to showcasing the talents and strengths of their athletic programs.
