FOXBORO, MA ? The University of Hartford women's golf team finished second out of four teams at the Terrier Shootout on Saturday afternoon at Foxboro Country Club.

Scores were high as cold weather and darkness affected play. Host Boston University posted the best team score of the day at 358. Hartford (364), Central Connecticut (371) and Holy Cross (375) rounded out the field.

Hartford's lineup consisted of two juniors and three freshmen. Emily Linn led the team with a round of 87, followed by Marissa Kallaugher and Paige Gauthier at 91. Catie Dillman finished the day at 95 and Kelsey Walsh carded a 96.

Hartford will wrap up the fall season at the Sacred Heart Invitational on October 26-27 in Fairfield, CT.
