HOW IT HAPPENED:

A Lynch three with 13:26 left in the half gave the Hawks a 15-12 lead, and they would not look back from there. With Lynch, Jhn Carroll and Jack Hobbs each finishing the half in double digits in scoring, Hartford went on a 22-9 run in the closing 10 minutes of the stanza to take a 44-28 lead at the break.
- Both squads went back and forth in the opening five minutes of the second half before the Hawks went on a 12-2 run to extend their lead to 62-37 with 12:08 left. The Red Hawks wouldn't go out without a fight, however, going on a 21-6 run in the final 12 minutes. The run would not be enough, as Hartford held on to take the 68-58 decision.   Â
