DURHAM, N.H. —The Hartford men's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision to No.14 New Hampshire on Saturday night in America East action. The Wildcats (12-0-2) improve to 5-0 in the conference, while the Hawks fall to 2-2-1 in league play.

Senior
Aitor Elena made a brilliant defensive stop early in the match as he cleared a UNH shot off of off the goal line. The Hawks defense would be able to withstand the Wildcats offense as senior goalkeeper
Jimmy Slayton came up big with three saves. Junior
Rasmus Karlsson would have the best chance for Hartford in the first half as his low driven shot fell into the arms of the UNH goalkeeper. Antonio Colacci would give the hosts the lead in the 26th minute after converting a penalty kick chance.
New Hampshire would strike twice before the half, as Donnett Sackie would find the back of the net both times to give the Wildcats a 3-0 advantage. Later in the match, the Wildcats extended the lead to five goals on strikes from Chris Arling and Brandon Garland. Sophomore
Tomer Drimmer had the best chance for the Hawks in the second half as his 78th minute free kick was well saved.
