WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Coming off its fifth win in six games, the Hartford women's soccer team returns home to host the first-place Stony Brook Seawolves in its final match of the 2019 regular season. First kick is slated for 6 p.m.
 
The first 100 fans in attendance will receive a Hartford Hawks bandana.
 
HARTFORD QUICK HITS

• Hartford has clinched a postseason bid for an America East-record 10th straight season, but its seeding in the upcoming America East Tournament is still to be determined
• With 15 points in the league standings the Hawks are one point behind UAlbany and two behind Stony Brook, and can finish anywhere from first to fourth place
• A win over Stony Brook on Thursday, coupled with a UAlbany loss or draw at Vermont, would clinch the America East Regular-Season Title for the second straight season, and the fifth time since 2014
• Eight different Hawks have found the back of the net this season to lead an offense that ranks No. 2 in the league with 1.4 goals per game
• Two-time America East Player of the Week recipient Sierra Stone (Sept. 30, Oct. 7) has been a tear, accounting for all but one of Hartford's 10 goals during league play with four goals and five assists
• Accounting for three of Hartford's game-winning goals in America East action, Stone leads the America East with nine assists, while her team-best 17 points rank her No. 2 in the conference
• Sophomore Izzy Lachcik and senior Skylar Vitiello also add four goals apiece, while senior Kaila Lozada adds three, including the game-winner at UMBC on Sunday
• Ranking in the program's top-10 in shutouts (13), wins (29) and saves (187), junior Maia Perez is No. 2 in the America East with a .829 save percentage
• In his 16th season at the helm, head coach John Natale is the winningest coach in program history (145 victories)

 
SCOUTING STONY BROOK

• Stony Brook is on top of the America East standings with a 6-1-0 record and 18 points in league play
• The Seawolves ride a three-game winning streak into their season finale with victories against UAlbany, Vermont and New Hampshire
• Alyse Francese, who has accounted for each of Stony Brook's past two game winners, leads the America East in goals (12) and points (24)

 
SERIES HISTORY
HARTFORD LEADS, 13-5-5

• The Seawolves have taken each of the last three meetings in the series, including a 2-1 decision on Long Island last season
• Despite its current skid, Hartford holds a 13-5-5 advantage over Stony Brook

 
LAST TIME OUT

• Lozada found the back of the net in the 107th minute to lead Hartford to a pivotal 2-1 win at UMBC on Sunday
• Vitiello gave the Hawks the lead with 23 seconds remaining in the half, but the Retrievers came back to tie things up late with a Nikki Saad goal in the 82nd minute

The Hawks are guaranteed to host at least one game in the America East Tournament. The quarterfinals are scheduled for Sunday (Nov. 3) at 1 p.m., while the semifinals are set for Thursday, Nov. 7 (3 p.m.).
