CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.. – Hartford baseball scored a midweek win against ACC foe Boston College, 7-4, in non-conference action Wednesday afternoon.
Senior Chris Sullivan and freshman Devin Kellogg combined for four RBI, as the Hawks improved to 9-14 overall. Jack Alu was 3-4 with a run scored and a RBI, as the Eagles fall to 14-15 on the year.

Hartford jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first, highlighted by two run home run to left field by senior Chris Sullivan.
After Boston College tied the game with a run in the second third and fourth, the Hawks took the lead back in the fifth inning. With senior Ashton Bardzell on second base, junior Jackson Olson hit a triple down the right field to bring Bardzell home and give Hartford the 4-3 lead.
Hartford held Boston College to one more run over the final four inning and tacked on three more of its own to take the midweek matchup, 7-4.

- Sophomore Peter Myers (1-0) earned his first win of the season, allowing one run on three hits and striking out two in 2.2 innings of work.
- Freshman Will Nowak recorded his fourth save of the season, pitching a scoreless ninth inning and striking out one
- Kellogg finished with a career-high two RBI
- Olson went 3-5 with two singles and a triple. He has now had two or more hits in six of his last eight games
