About Elizabeth: Working with Liz the past three years has been a pleasure. Few athletes have the drive to do the little things correctly while chasing their goals. Liz does exactly that. Her cheerful and easy-going demeanor have made working with her a fun endeavor, and I am excited to see what she can accomplish this year.
2020-21 Goals: Our goals are to continue to improve and to score more points at the America East Championship meets. We strive to send more student-athletes to national-level meets than ever before and continue to elevate the program.
Off-Season Conditioning Tips: Have fun with the off-season and do something different. Swim, bike, hike, fish, climb and explore. Off-season conditioning should be enjoyable and something you want to do.
