Abby Streeter added 13 points while junior
Carmen Villalobos rounded out Hartford's double-digit scorers with 11 points. The Hawks dip to 0-6 on the young season while the Bobcats improve to 3-3.
QUINNIPIAC 113, HARTFORD 64
Quinnipiac opened the game on a 10-2 run to take the early advantage. The Hawks would start to fight back, cutting the deficit to four after back-to-back three pointers from Streeter and freshman
Najla Cecunjanin, but the Bobcats would utilize a 6-0 run to regain a 21-10 lead. Quinnipiac would keep their momentum going in the second quarter to take a 58-25 advantage into the halftime break.
Lucas was on fire to start the second half, scoring eight points to start the third. However,the Bobcats extended their advantage to as much as 39, taking an 87-45 lead into the fourth quarter. The deficit proved to be too much for the Hawks, as they fell 113-64.
