The Hawks (1-17) enter the match led senior middle blocker
Sara Gasparotto. The Mansue, Italy native leads the team with 32 blocks, including 10 of which are solo. Gasparotto is also tied for third on the team with seven service aces
Offensively, junior outside hitter
Uzezi Ijoma tops the points category with 142.5 and the kills category with 120.
Senior outside hitter
Greta De Gasper offers a balanced attack. With 117 kills, 12 assists and nine service aces, De Gasper leads the attack. Defensively, De Gasper leads the team with 152 digs. She's contributed for five blocks in the process.
Eastern Connecticut (13-4) enters the match coming off three consecutive sweeps. In one of their nine consecutive sets won, they held the opponent to six points.
The doors at Chase Arena will open at 6 p.m. Fans are encouraged to attend in person, but it will be live streamed on Hartford Hawks All-Access for those unable to make it. First serve is set for 7 p.m. Thursday.
