LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – The Hartford men's soccer team fell on the road to Siena this afternoon. With the result, the Hawks move to 0-5 on the season while the Saints improve to 3-1-1.
SIENA 8, HARTFORD 0
Siena would strike first, opening the scoring in the 10th minute before adding a second in the 23rd minute.
Rotem Fadida would come up big for the Hawks a few moments later, denying a shot destined for the top corner before making an outstanding reaction save from point-blank range to prevent Siena from furthering their lead. However, the Saints would score two more goals, taking a 4-0 edge into the break.
Siena would carry its momentum into the second half, scoring four goals to take home the victory.
