Box Score BIDDEFORD, MAINE – The University of Hartford women's soccer team scored three second-half goals to post the 4-1 victory over Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent University of New England in a match between two regionally-ranked teams.
Hartford lit up the scoreboard three times in a 13-minute span to break the game open.
Freshman
Kathleen Brush tallied the eventual game-winning in the 58th minute off a corner kick from senior
Christina Stone, who leads NCAA Division III in assists.
Senior
Imani Jenkins scored in the 63rd minute off a pass from junior
Juliana Chiarella, and then added more insurance in the 70th minute with a penalty kick.
Sophomore
Sejal Johnson made three saves on four shots to earn the win.
