The University of Hartford men's golf team finished the season with a fifth-place finish in the 2023 Big Sky Conference Men's Golf Championships.

"Men's golf had some great performances throughout the year, highlighted by the fact that we had four Big Sky Players of the Week in 2022-23, which was tied for the most in the conference with Weber State and more than eventual conference champion Northern Colorado," said University of Hartford head coach Pete Stankevich.

Michael Amari claimed the conference's weekly award twice, following his third place finish at the Battle of Rum Pointe and his sixth place finish at the LIU Shark Invitational where he finished sixth.

Manuel Romero concluded his career with his best round of the tournament, shooting a one-under 69 to rise seven spots for a 16th place finish. It marked the third time during the spring season Romero was the team's leading golfer. He was clearly the team's top player with a 74.0 scoring average.

Michael Amari was the only other Hartford golfer to lead the team, posting a pair of top-10 finishes this season.
