JUNIOR (2012):
Finished second among Hawk runners at the America East Championship… posted a seventh-place finish at the Trinity Invitational with… turned in a career-best time of 25:50.09 on the 8k course at the New England Championship… set a personal record in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet with an 11th-place time of 15:56.16… posted a personal record for the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regionals, finishing with a time of 32:38.6… helped the Hawks to three top-five finishes as a team… earned three top-15 finishes in five starts as an individual... University of Hartford President’s List… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher… selected to the 2012 America East All-Academic Team.
 
SOPHOMORE (2011):
Ran in three of six meets… finished in the Hawks’ top-five in each of his three races… helped the Hawks to a team win at the Trinity Invitational, completing the 5k course in 17:10 to finish 11th overall… finished fourth among Hawk runners at the Ted Owen Invitational with an 8k time of 27:54… finished 74th overall with a time of 27:06.74 at the America East Championship Meet… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
FRESHMAN (2010):
Ran in all seven meets as a freshman … turned in top-five Hartford finishes in three races … placed 28th overall with a 17:09.0 on the 5,000-meter course of the Trinity Invitational …scored his personal-best 8,000-meter time at the Hartford Hawks Riverfront Festival, clocking-in at 26:54.9 while placing 11th overall …turned in a time of 27:06.0 at the New England Championships, rounding out the Hawks’ top-five while claiming 200th place overall … seventh Hartford runner, and 77th overall, to complete the 8K course at the America East Championship (27:17.37) … fourth Hartford runner, and 193rd overall, to cross the line at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships in a season-best time (33:58.9) … named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran one year of cross country at Manchester High School … captained the cross country team in 2010 and was an all-conference pick … was a member of the high school wrestling squad for four seasons … was the recipient of the Barry Bernstein Wrestler of the Year award in 2009-10 … also played two years of high school golf and baseball at Manchester … received the 2010 Gus Gaudino Award for Most Outstanding Male Athlete at Manchester High School … earned the United States Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete Award … sister, Kacey Busque, was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team at Hartford.
