JUNIOR (2012):
Earned a spot on the America East All-Conference team… finished ninth at the America East Championship with an 8k time of 25:57.79… first Hartford man to finish in the top-10 at America East Championship since 1990…posted top-10 individual finishes in four of five races in 2012… finished third at the season-opening Trinity Invitational with a 5k time of 16:47… finished ninth at the Ted Owen Invitational… led the Hawks in each of his five races… turned in a career-best time of 25:23.14 on the 8k course at the New England Championship to earn a top-50 finish in the varsity race… took eighth place at the CCSU Mini Meet with a personal-record 5k time of 15:46.66… completed the 10k course at the NCAA Northeast Regional in 32:24.4… paced the Hawks to three top-five team finishes... selected to the America East All-Academic Team… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
SOPHOMORE (2011):
Ran in five meets, finishing among the top-five Hawks in four races… opened the season with a 13th-place finish at the Trinity Invitational, covering the 5k course in a time of 17:14 to help the Hawks to a team victory… took 28th place with an 8k time of 27:46 in the Ted Owen Invitational… posted a time of 28:48 at the New England Championships… finished 54th at the Pre-Conference Meet, setting a then-personal-best time of 26:55.6… set a PR at the America East Conference Championship with a time of 26:40.56 to finish 71st overall… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Attended Red Hook High School where he lettered in indoor track and field, outdoor track and field and cross country for all four seasons … captained the cross country and track and field teams as a senior …part of the squad that captured four-straight Mid Hudson Athletic League championships from 2006 to 2009 … high school cross country team was named the New York State Section 9 champions from 2006 to 2009 … an individual cross country state open qualifier in 2009 … a four-time New York State cross country qualifier and Dutchess County Cross Country all-star in 2008 … placed fourth at the Mid Hudson Athletic League cross country championships in 2008 and went on to finish third at the New York State Section 9 cross country championships that season … holds a high school PR’s of 16:45 in the 5000-meter and 10:09 in the 3200-meter … 1600-meter PR is 4:39 … personal-best 800-meter time is 2:05 … awarded the most points on his track team during the 2010 outdoor season and received the Superior Senior Athlete Award that year.
