FRESHMAN (2012)
A goalkeeper who earned America East All-Rookie Team accolades … started and played in all 17 games between the posts … posted a 1.64 goals-against average and a .718 save percentage, allowing 29 goals ... finished the season with a record of 7-9-1 … compiled 74 saves, the most by a Hawk keeper since Matt Glaeser, who had 81 in 2007 … more than half (40) of his saves came during America East Conference play … posted three shutouts against Fordham (Aug. 31), Siena (Sep. 15) and Binghamton (Oct. 20) … made three saves to earn his first career win at Fordham … against Central Connecticut, recorded seven saves and allowed one goal in his team’s 2-1, overtime victory (Sep. 3) … allowed one goal and made five saves in a 2-1 win at Penn (Sep. 9) … stopped a career-high nine shots to help lead Hartford to a 1-1 tie at Boston University (Sep. 30) … grabbed his first America East Rookie of the Week honor after the Boston University match on Oct. 1 … earned Rookie of the Week honors again on Oct. 22 after matching a personal-best in saves (9) in a 1-0 shutout win at Binghamton … also made nine saves at Vermont (Oct. 6) … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

A goalkeeper from Pori, Finland who was invited to play for Finland’s U15, U16, and U17 national teams … named to the all-star team of the region’s national championship in 2007 … was invited to Finland’s national goalkeeper talent camp … represented FC Jazz.
