Played all 20 of his dual-meet matches from the No. 1 singles slot during his first season with the Hawks... earned five singles victories in dual-match play… reached the finals of the No. 1 singles flight at the UConn Invitational in September… posted a 6-3, 6-2 win over Merrimack’s Miguel Belfort in the quarterfinals and a 7-5, 6-1 victory over Sacred Heart’s Justin Pagan in the semifinals at UConn… teamed with Nicholas Sharwarko to reach the doubles consolation semifinals of the Connecticut State Championships… earned back-to-back singles victories against opponents from Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras and Puerto Rico-Bayamon on the Hawks’ spring break trip… went 3-0 from the No. 1 doubles position on the trip to Puerto Rico… defeated Sacred Heart’s James Barnhart in dual-match play, 6-4, 6-1… outlasted Siena’s Ryan Schmitz, 4-6, 6-4, 10-6, from the top singles post… won three straight doubles matches with Sharwarko against Sacred Heart, Siena and Fairfield… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
