AT HARTFORD
2025: Kemp appeared in all 17 games for the Hawks during his junior season. He recorded 19 goals and 10 assists for a total of 29 points, adding six ground balls. Notably, Aidan scored two goals and added two assists in a 14-5 victory over the University of New England on April 12th. He also contributed a goal in the CNE playoff win over the University of New England on April 26th, helping the Hawks advance to the next round.

2024: Kemp made appearances in all 13 games for the Hawks in 2024 making a single start. Aidan ended the year with a team-high 15 assists to go with 14 goals, six ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers. Kemp's best game came on March 9th against Lasell University registering three goals and three assists in a 20-7 win. He added another hat trick on April 9th against Wentworth Institute of Technology in a narrow defeat. 

2023: Kemp started six games in his first season with the Hawks ending the year with 16 goals and 13 assists to go with 12 grounders and three caused turnovers. Kemp had four hat-tricks in 2023 including March 1st at Mitchell, March 15th at Randolph, at Salem State on April 5th and at Regis College on April 19th. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Columbia High School, where Kemp was a First Team All-State, First Team All-Conference and First Team All-County selection.
