BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran cross country for three seasons at Franklin Academy… also ran indoor and outdoor track for five seasons… played one season of soccer… helped the Franklin Academy cross country team to top-ten finishes at the Class B State Championships in each of his three seasons… the squad finished seventh at states in his sophomore season, third in his junior season and fourth in his senior season… qualified as an individual for the state cross country meet in each of his three seasons… led the cross country squad to the Federation meet in his junior and senior years, including a ninth place finish in his final campaign… a three-time First-Team All-Northern selection for cross country… a First-Team Academic All-Northern selection as a sophomore… also earned First-Team All-Northern honors in indoor track and field following his senior year and outdoor track and field following his junior and senior seasons... ran for the national-qualifying 4-x-mile relay for indoor track.
