Biography

AT HARTFORD:
2024-25: Petion started all 24 games he played for the Hawks in 2024-25. Joshua ended the year averaging 10.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.2 assists and 1.0 blocks in 25.5 minutes per game. Petion had back-to-back double-doubles on January 11th against Curry and January 15th at Suffolk registering 15 and 11 both games. Joshua's season-high in scoring came on January 22nd against Roger Williams pouring in 21 points to go with six boards and three steals. 

2023-24: Petion made 24 appearances in his freshman season with nine starts. Joshua averaged 6.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 21.0 minutes per game. Petion scored a career-high on December 5th at Wentworth scoring 26 points to go with four boards and four steals. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Petion spent three seasons at Baldwin High School, he was two-time all-conference selection. Joshua helped Bruins to back-to-back Nassau County championships, was named all-state, all-county, and all-conference as a senior.
