AT HARTFORD
2025: Zering appeared in multiple games for the Hawks during the 2025 season, totaling 32:31 minutes in net. He recorded seven saves against eight goals allowed, finishing with a .467 save percentage and a 14.76 goals-against average. Cole saw action in Hartford's 13-3 victory over Gordon College on April 5th, making two saves in 12:30 of game time. He also contributed two saves in a commanding 15-5 win over Nichols College on April 9th.

2024: Zering made one appearance in net for the Hawks in 2024. Cole ended the year with 11:19 of game action with two saves, two ground balls and two goals allowed. 

2023: Zering started four games for the Hawks in 2023 making six overall appearances. Cole ended the year with a 4-0 record, making 31 saves and allowing just 12 goals in 195:00 minutes. Zering picked up his first collegiate win on March 1st at Mitchell College making five saves in a 24-0 win. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of New Fairfield High School, where Zering was a All-State choice, All-Conference selection and a SWC Champion.
