AT HARTFORD
2026: Dooley finished his senior season with a 4-2 record across 10 starts and 45.2 innings pitched. Joe ended with a 2.17 ERA with 28 strikeouts and an opponent batting average of .262. He would be later named to the CNE All-Conference 3rd Team which is the first of his career. Dooley had a strong return to the mound on February 28th at Trinity College tossing 2.1 innings without allowing a run and striking out three. He dazzled on April 4th at Roger Williams University going five innings allowing just a single run with a pair of strikeouts. He added five shutouts innings on April 11th against Suffolk University setting four down in another victory. His best start of the year came on April 25th at Curry College going seven strong without allowing a run in a Hawk win. Dooley was later named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. 

2025: Dooley did not make an appearance in 2025 due to injury.

2024: Dooley made 11 appearances his sophomore season with seven starts, tallying a 8.85 ERA, with 36 strikeouts in his 39.2 innings pitched. In the field Dooley had one putout and three assists.

2023: Dooley appeared in 15 games during his freshman season, starting in five. Dooley tallied an ERA of 8.31, with 18 strikeouts in 30.1 innings pitched. Dooley totaled one putout, two assists, and one error in the field.

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Hall High School. Dooley was named CCC All-Conference and was two-time captain.
