2026: DiGioia became an everyday player in his second season starting 30 games while appearing in 33 overall games. Nico ended the year slashing .300/.382/.394 (AVG/SLG/OBP) with a homer, 17 RBIs, six doubles and 28 runs scored. DiGioia would go 7-7 in stolen bases and had 23 putouts and two assists in the field with a fielding percentage of .926. He had nine multi-hit games for the Hawks in 2026. Nico would have a solid game on March 15th against William Paterson University going 2-for-5 with three RBIs and a double. His best game of the season came on April 14th at Johnson & Wales University going 3-for-6 with two RBIs and two runs scored in a Hawks win. 

2025: DiGioia made his debut for the Hawks as the utility player. He appeared in 16 games including nine starts, slashing a .350 batting average and a 1.001 OPS. He tallied 14 hits, including seven RBIs, one double, one triple, and two homers. One of his standout moments came on March 21st against Keene St., when he had three hits in a 12-6 loss. Defensively DiGioia showed versatility, handling 16 putouts and three assists, finishing with a .905 fielding percentage. Nico added a walk off winner on March 25th against Western New England. 

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: DiGioia was named 1st-team All SCC, 1st team All-State, and GameTime Connecticut All-State team during his time at Hamden High School.
