Played in 44 games as a freshman, starting 42 games at shortstop … made the America East All-Rookie team and won an America East Rookie of the Week award … whacked 42 hits and drove in 20 runs, including 11 doubles and two triples … swiped six bases and crossed the plate 22 times in his freshman campaign … ripped four hits, including two doubles, and drove in two runs in a game vs. Binghamton (4/12) … played for the Nashua Silver Kings in the Futures Collegiate League during the summer … named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
