Made 14 appearances on the mound, starting four times … pitched 25 innings, striking out 20 batters … had a 3-1 record … K’d a season-high five batters in five innings vs. Bucknell (3/5) …  picked up his first victory at UConn, striking out one (4/5).

FRESHMAN (2016)
Made 17 appearances, including Four starts on the hill for the Hawks … had a 3.86 ERA in 35 innings … recorded 27 strike outs for the year … only gave up two runs in four innings while striking out four in a win against UMass Lowell (5/14) … struck out a season high of five while only giving up one earned run and two hits against UMBC (5/21) … threw two innings of no-hit, shutout baseball, striking out three against Manhattan (3/16).     

BEFORE HARTFORD
Held an 8-1 record with a 0.69 ERA in 68 innings pitched, including 114 strikeouts while at Coginchaug Regional High School ... won the team's Coaches Award and made All-Conference as a junior ...  won Team MVP, First Team All-Conference, Shoreline Conference Pitcher of the Year, First Team All-State, and was selected to play in the Senior All Star Game as a senior ... his team won the 2015 Conference Championship ... was a member of the Athletic Leadership Council.
